warning re gastroscopy and gastrografin for ME/CFS sufferers . Plus neuropathy ?
The
biopsy
was negative for h pylori which only confirmed the results of the stool test. The letter said I have ‘chemical or reflux gastritis.’ I’m not sure whether that positively rules out autoimmune gastritis.

Dad's PSA now 1800..nothing works..Is this the end??
Dad has had a liquid
biopsy
, but never genome testing with the cancer tissue sample. Should I be pushing for this or is it too late? Overwhelmed and desperate :( Omer

Enlarged spleen and new findings on trephine biopsy
Thanks to all who commented on the speed of spleen enlargement. It seems like there is a large variety of experiences and hard to pinpoint exactly what sort of time it takes. I got my clinic letter today and the MDT meeting reviewed my original slides and also found” B-cell clonality “ as well as

types of thyroid meds
When I had my
biopsy
, the nurse told me she has good news and bad news, the good news is my nodules are benign but she could not tell me the bad news since she’s not the doctor, so I have been waiting three weeks to see the doctor and he’s either going to tell me to go on medication or remove the thyroid

Unusual biopsie findings
I had a follow up yesterday and heard that the MDT meeting review my trephine
biopsy
. A new observation is that I had, beyond a granuloma relating to sarcoidosis, a' high number of B cells and lymphocytes'. I will in due course received a report on this.

32 year old wife diagnosed with F4 Fibrosis over biopsy. Can still it be reversed only with dietary changes ? Please pray for her.
Doc again suggested for
biopsy
to get the confirmation about autoimmune and cirrhosis. However before
biopsy
I went for MRI which didn’t showed the cirrhosis. It again created more confusion and later we went for
biopsy
with a result showing consistent with cirrhosis and Autoimmune ruled out.

My liver
biopsy
last November came back that my cancer mutated from HER2 low to HER2+. I have started THP because of it. I saw my MO yesterday who told me that my molecular study is not showing the HER2. So I have 2 contradictory tests!

Update re RA and associated Colitis
Yep it's colitis following colonoscopy
biopsy
results. They are of the impression it is microscopic colitis (associated to auto immune diseases) but not 100% sure. So the handle is unspecified colitis which is a common saying. Treatment is steroids.

Continued Journey
Last note: my Bone Marrow
Biopsy
after the O CHOP revealed CD19CD20 and a few other markers were not present. The large cell (Richters) had been eliminated. There was still some CD5, meaning CLL still present. Hopefully this all will be the ticket to clean bill of health, BMT!

Zygoma biopsy today
Good afternoonJust returned from an interesting morning in Dermatology having a 4mm punchbiopsy of a presumed cyst but checking " nothing further nasty in the woodshed", 8 weeks wait for results and a pretty little neat stitch and hopefully not too much of a scar as its just below my eye on cheekbone

reaction to rituximab
The drugs stabilised it and they slowly started to clear so by the time the urgent dermatology appointment came through they couldn’t do a
biopsy
. Now my finger and toe nails are lifting and coming off and I’ve been told by the professionals there is nothing I can do to stop this!

Hello friends. It's me again. Bone Biopsy + Dr. nonsense.
Bone
biopsy
revealed Es+90-100%, Pr+50-60%, her2 still (2+ and sish) pending, ki67 now, 15-20%. Eribulin started in Oct, working great with markers down to ca 27Jan2 and 2588 for 15.3. This is what bothers me -bone scan on the 11th, poking around and causing havoc on my iliac, they took 3 samples.

A clearer picture
The
biopsy
confirmed my breast cancer diagnosis. I had to push for information as the pathology results are incomplete. So now I know I have a stage 2 invasive carcinoma, hormone positive. Cancer type to follow. I've been referred for an MRI.
