Enlarged spleen and new findings on trephine biopsy

Thanks to all who commented on the speed of spleen enlargement. It seems like there is a large variety of experiences and hard to pinpoint exactly what sort of time it takes.

I got my clinic letter today and the MDT meeting reviewed my original slides and also found” B-cell clonality “ as well as MF clonality. They have been sent away for further studies. I am looking at a lymph issue as well?
