Bleeding in urine after biopsy...
** 12/30/2022 Anyone else bleed in your urine after a kidney
biopsy
? My husband got his
biopsy
Thursday; 12/29/2022. Without any complications. They made him stay in recovery for about 4 hours. Everything was fine. On Friday, after the 24 hour mark, he got up and took a shower.

MRI with suspicious spots and negative biopsy
Let us say you see a high PIRAD score on MRI, but MRI-targeted
biopsy
is benign. Should that make you nervous? Talking to urologists at UW, Stanford, and Mayo they didn't seem that was too weird. I guess urologists believe that
biopsy
is the "ultimate truth".

Update liver & lymph biopsy
The
biopsy
results show poorly differentiated PCa and the lymph
biopsy
indicated strong expression of NKx3. The lymph met showed Gleason 9 (this was a note that despite it being a met it had a Gl9 score).

I got an earlier mpMRI and

date because of patient cancellations. Otherwise, I would still not have my diagnosis... https://www.yahoo.com/news/cancer-crisis-18-000-patients-210000440.html

solitary lung nodule. Experience or literature about thorascopic lobectomy, no biopsy yet?
We were expecting to hear
biopsy
but were surprised to hear they were sending him directly to a surgeon for a lobectomy. They are scheduling a FDG PET.

The bumpy journey of a relapsed CLL with a weird and confusing chest CT scan
I had a lung
biopsy
before Christmas but it showed necrosed tissue, inflammation and some lymphoma cells .. No one can explain the scarring fully ..I keep going back to COVID but they tend to not agree with me. They are now talking about a lung wedge
biopsy
to find out more .

Multiple biopsies, but no diagnosis...
For his last
biopsy
he even travelled to one of the best urologists in Europe (paid out of his own pocket). All other signals (PSA, PHI,..) look concerning. At this point, he is so fed up that he will take treatment and get done with it. Thoughts?

PCa spread to Liver
He experienced 2 incidents of excruciating pain in abdomen so we got his tests and
biopsy
came positive for liver mets. The cancer seems to have spread there too. Anyone with similar experience? What was the next line of treatment we should opt for?

Multiple biopsy
I was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer in May and since then I have had 6 biopsy's where they have been unable to 'mark' the cancer. Has anyone else had the same problem please?

Gastro issues like coeliac ruled out by blood test and checked/

No offer of treatment.
She has had a
biopsy
and been told there is no treatment available for her. She is just being given pain relief. She did not want to know how long she might have left. She sleeps most of the day and can't walk from the lounge to the bedroom (on one level) with out assistance.

Not All Prostate Biopsies Are Alike!
I had my 4th prostate
biopsy
recently to pleasantly discover it wasn't painful, at all, perhaps a little uncomfortable at times, but not painful like my previous 3 biopsies! I have always considered the early part of the
biopsy
process when the lidocaine was injected as "blindingly painful".

Will GCA show on MRI?
(I have never had any symptoms of GCA/LVV and it was only picked up by my Rheumy by raised inflammation markers, confirmed by arterial
biopsy
and PET-CT scan.) I saw my Rheumy in January and she has told me to call her at any time if I have any issues before I see her again at the end of March.
