atrophy of the left liver lobe

Hi guys

Bit of my back story had a gastric bypass back in 2008 in 2009 my LFTs where mega high in the 1000’s had my hall bladder removed as well have complications from that, In and out of hospital with an infection etc to which they put the high LFTs down to the amount of antibiotics and advised my not to take those ones again. Fast forward to 2017 still having high LFTs had a biopsy found nothing and monitored 2019 they saw changes in my liver and wanted another biopsy some how got lost in the system during Covid …. To be now told my left lobe has atrophied and awaiting another biopsy, asked if the damaged section could be removed to allow for regeneration to be told no it’s not possible. Now waiting for another biopsy they tried in June 2023 and aborted as to dangerous they want to go through the sternum but couldn’t, they are now going g to try again to take a sample from the right lobe on the 17th November so now on my third biopsy in total and still no reason why I’m like this have nothing showing on the surface of the liver. Etc they did mention a change in a bile duct being larger on the last MRI

anyone else had this ???
