Is this anxiety? (middle of the night awakening with heart)
Everynight I wake at 1-3am, I'm unable to return to sleep. I get around 3hrs sleep per night. In the day I feel terrible. On the rare occasion I slept better then I feel great (so it's within my reach!) have had this for 3 years. It can get worse, in the past I've been able to get up for an hour and

Sleep Maintenance Insomnia - 3am racing heart awakening
Hey guys, so here is my brief story, I am 33yrs old, never had health issues do not smoke/drink and before insomnia was running marathons, for 3 years I have had some difficultly sleeping. It has always been easy to get initial sleep onset but I ALWAYS awaken between 2-3am. When I wake it feels that

Problems sleeping
I have a hard time sleeping at night. My mind is always racing. I’m constantly worrying about my heart even though all the test came back normal. Doctors told me that I’m ok and that my heart is ok. I listen to relaxing music or sounds and listen to different meditation apps and calming bedtime stories

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/medical-cannabis/ I was back home in the UK recently, popped over to France (with it's notoriously strict drug laws), have to say that in France, I have never seen quite so many people smoking dope, openly, in public, in view of the police. Back to East London. As usual

Planning radiation therapy. Which supplements to avoid and which can help?
My husband is planning 33 days of radiation. He takes lots of supplements. I know about controversy in taking supplements during radiation. Which supplements are a NO GO and which could help and even enhance anti-cancer activity during radiation? What about BIRM, MCP, curcumin, serrapeptase, nattokinase

Advice on Melatonin for sleep please ...
Hello all, Could I please get some advice on Melatonin. Does it work? Are there side effects? Have tried everything else including CBD oil, 5-HTP. (All vits are optimal). If anyone has had a good experience with a particular brand, and could point me in the right direction of where you've purchased

Hi everyone
Hi, I’m just checking in again. Today is day #4. Yesterday was horrible. I was an emotional mess, but I kept it together. Today I feel better thank God. L-theanine helped with the rebound anxiety and melatonin helped me sleep. God’s love is helping me get through. The brain fog is lifting a little.

Melatonin helps sleep
Any words of wisdom regarding Melatonin as sleep aid? I've always been a light sleeper, sensitive to sounds, light, etc. in the past (50 years now), I blamed this problem on having raised children, always aware of unusual sounds, etc., in the night, which translates to interrupted sleep.. With PMR

Help with New blood results. Started with functional Doc and want to know your thoughts. Thanks
I am Male. I started going to a functional Doctor as I have gotten tired of dealing with GP's that will not look at anything else but TSH and getting nowhere with them. The blood results are all requested by my functional Doc. With the results she has put me on LDN 1.5mg. Switched from Synthroid
