Sleep
When she was younger I used to worry rather a lot about the fact that she didn't seem to sleep. She was involved in tennis, swimming, diving, football, basketball and ice skating at various points with swimming being the one she stuck with. You'd think she would be tired, but she didn't sleep. We had

Second Cycle Of Docetaxol So far
Hi everyone. My husband had his second round of Docetaxol on Monday. He has been feeling extremely tired since Monday. We have to be careful not to do too much. On Wednesday evening, his niece Suzanne who is currently over from the states dropped in for a visit and what was supposed to be a short visit

I'm new here...
I don't want to be here. I don't want to admit the things that make me me at this point. I guess I have to start dealing with it though. I was diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and OCD. I knew about the anxiety. I knew about the depression. I lived with those, I dealt with them on a daily

Busy busy busy week
Well in regards to my first post, things have been looking much brighter since my last little lapse in anxiety. Ive been keeping busy and even found going to the park to bird watch has been a huge help. Im not sure why, but i really like birds and for some odd reason, they seem to be very drawn to me

hot flushes and testosterone
Has anyone continued to have hot flashes despite being on estrogen and progesterone? In the past six months, I have been having hot flushes which seem to be getting worse all the time despite bio-identical estrogen day 5-25 of cycle, and bio-identical progesterone (Utrogstan, 200 mg) day 15-25 of cycle

How Should I Control my side effects?
I came to know about my ill health reasons. Actually, I wasn't taking anything proper food and supplements when I got pregnant. However, I started taking Melatonin, CoQ10, Myo-Inositol, DHEA, L-Arginine. They may have given some fertility boost leading me up to this mark. Though some weakness I felt

Melatonin & AR-V7
New study below. AR-V7 [Androgen Receptor Splice Variant-7] is an Androgen Receptor [AR] mutation that is common in CRPC [castration resistant PCa]. AR-V7 does not need androgen to become active. Effective supplements?
Hallo to everybody. I’ve just started my second line chemo (cabazitaxel) because of PSA rising and progression of bone metastasis. I’ve been diagnosed in march 2016, because of severe pelvis pain, gleason 9. I started immediately with triptorelin and first line chemo (docetaxel), the last on august 2016

Low cortisol morning
Hello, I got Dutch test done and it showed Low cortisol in the morning. Higher in the evening. I feel so tired specially mornings. Could raising my Ferritin help with cortisol levels? Or taking Melatonin supplement?

Magnesium and melatonin
Hey, I haven't been up here in a day or 2 but I came with some information lol. I was told that someone takes magnesium at night with melatonin and they sleep like a baby. She also said that she doesn't experience anymore anxiety during the day.
