Better sleep but I get worse with 3mg melatonin. 15 days after starting the treatment I began to feel more stiffness and more tremors. I have 3 days without taking melatonin and still feel bad. any recommendation ?

hi everyone I’ve been insomniac for a very long time but due to chronic health problems getting worse I hardly slept for 3 months . After trying many combinations of meds I found something that works for me but I’d like to slowly cut down on the zoplicone as I’m on 40 mg a night( it’s been 3 months

NURR1: Facilitating the transition of neural stem cells into functional dopaminergic neurons.
//////What is NURR1? Nuclear receptor related 1 protein (Nurr1) is an important transcription factor required for differentiation and maintenance of midbrain dopaminergic (DA) neurons. Since decrease in Nurr1 function either due to diminished expression or rare mutation is associated with Parkinson's

LDN Dosing for Cancer - General Guide
For an adult cancer patient who has “no evidence of disease” and wants to use LDN as recurrence prevention, I generally set a target dose of 2mg – 4.5mg. I start at 2mg and gradually increase to 3mg then 4mg then 4.5mg as tolerated. I use bedtime dosing as long as sleep is ok prior to starting LDN.

Dr. Shallenberger speaking on Melatonin vs. Cancer
UPDATE: after doing a search for Dr. Shallenberger, I saw where he lost his license in California (ty Pboup) and then started up in Nevada as an anti-aging type clinic, with his own line of supplements, etc., melatonin not among them. He is not hard to find and has several videos on that web site.

Poor Sleep 😴
one of the symptoms of B12 deficiency is insomnia. While I’ve developed many mindfulness skills to manage this I still long for the luxury of being able to just have a decent night’s sleep I know this is unrelated to B12, however I’d really appreciate any advice on a good melatonin supplement. I increased my dose to 300 mg daily.
I just started increasing my melatonin dose to 300 mg daily. I do take it throughout the day. I have 60 mg capsules with pure melatonin except for the capsule. I'll see if it improves my labs which will be in March.
