sleep
I take melatonin nightly. It doesn’t always work. Not sleeping makes life even harder to tolerate, combined with anxiety and depression during the day.

Melatonin
I have just begun taking C/L (25/100 3x day) and am wondering if anyone has experience with combining it with Melatonin (3mg) at night before sleeping. Thanks.

Trouble sleeping, any tips?
I'm sure many of you can relate to this, but I find my anxiety always sparks when it's time for bed. My thoughts begin to race, my heart palpitates, and I am tossing and turning for hours. My mind wanders back to memories from YEARS ago that I didn't even realize I had. It drives me nuts. I used to take

How much melatonin can I be taking for REM Sleep Disorder, (RBD), associated with Parkinsons.
Hi all. Was taking 10 mg Melatonin along with .5 mg clonazepam. Was working fine but sort of out of the blue my activity during sleep have greatly increased to the extent I recently jumped out of bed where upon I encountered a highly immoveable wall. I really don't want to increase the Clonazepam

Ramelteon
Hi All and Sue, I tried Ramelteon last night as a new potential remedy for RLS and although it is associated with melatonin, it seemed to work pretty good. I am waiting to see if it will be consistently good for me. I have been so discouraged by various medications that just seem to make my problem

Promethazine side effects?
Recently I had a bit of a wobble on mirtazapine and to get myself straight I started pairing it with 25mg promethazine. My sleep got stable again, I felt a little better mentaly and was fine for 2 weeks. At which point I decided I want to taper off it and try something else for sleep like melatonin.

Insomnia, mirtazapine, promethazine (& tinnitus)
A reaction to sertraline, prescribed for an anxiety condition, caused me to develop insomnia. To counter that I was prescribed low dose mirtazapine instead. Starting at 15mg that I eventually tapered to 7.5mg. It worked fine and I used it for about 3 and half years. Some of that alongside promethazine

Sleep issues and melatonin
Hi everyone, has anyone sound information regarding the use of melatonin with autoimmune disease. I am reading conflicting advice about using it with certain autoimmune issues, although it doesn't mention PA or Hashimoto's specifically. Any advice would be helpful as my sleep or should I say lack of

Parkinson's Arm Pain Mystery Solved: Overuse Injury Due to Tremor. Update - What is Helping
I've suffered increasing tremor over the last few months and along with that, increasing arm pain. I could find no medical references for Parkinson’s and arm pain, and the diagnostic materials on arm pain did not contain anything that fit. Be all that as it may, this matter is not hard to understand

Bedtime HELP!
When does your 9/10 year old go to sleep? My son is 9, nearly 10 and his sleep is just getting worse. Diagnosed and medicated ADHD and has ASD. Currently unable to fall asleep before midnight and it's exhausting. I have to be in the room with him to get him to settle down and at least try to relax

Melatonin and tremors
I don't have sleep issues normally as running helps with sleep. But I have sometimes problem of acting up in night dreams and read that melatonin helps with it. I started taking melatonin occasionally on some nights. I found that its not helping with acting up in night dreams but it helps with hand tremors

Itchy skin symptom?
I usually sleep well (fatigued) but last night I could not fall asleep because of intense itching, mostly on my hands and wrists. I thought it must be mosquito bites and I tried scratching, steroid creams repeatedly, then loratidine and melatonin (which I buy from the USA) to no effect. This morning

I am not really sure if the current medicine is right for him. Need advice~
Hello everyone, This is my first post, so I have many questions to ask, but I tried to narrow it down to what is my most current concern. My 9 years old DS was diagnosed with ADHD a year ago and is now taking Adderall XR 15mg. We started his medicine last year, around May, with a smaller dose and

Self loathing
Does anyone else hate themselves like I do? I try not to, but then when I do such stupid things with such frightening regularity that I could set my clock by it, I hate myself and just want to insult myself to relieve my frustration. For example - I buy melatonin so I can sleep. I use it a couple times

Nytol
Hello, I am 22 years old, in the middle of exams, with stress-related insomnia. Scared of not getting enough sleep. I have zopiclone, but I don't want to take it unless I have an extreme insomnia episode (eg 48hr of no sleep). I was offered Nytol by my GP, the classical once a night formula. I also

Does anyone have trouble sleeping while taking Bisoprolol? I have been waking about 3.30 in a hot sweat and having to try and do deep breathing to calm it down but cannot get back to sleep. I have read that Bisoprolol depletes your melatonin and COQ10 which isn’t good. Does anyone have any tips on
