I’m just checking in again. Today is day #4. Yesterday was horrible. I was an emotional mess, but I kept it together. Today I feel better thank God. L-theanine helped with the rebound anxiety and melatonin helped me sleep. God’s love is helping me get through. The brain fog is lifting a little. I want you guy to know, by no means is this easy, but it’s doable! So if you’re thinking of doing it, there will be ups and downs. Times you want to give up. DON’T give up. FIGHT!
