Question about Melatonin used for PCa and cancer in general.
Does anyone have dosage specifically for treating PCa with melatonin. I know one doc I met years ago that used very high doses of melatonin and also used them in suppository form. They were to be done at a compounding pharmacy. I've lost the notes I took during our consultation. I'm not looking

melatonin, light, energy, adrenal fatigue myth
This video discusses the importance of light in regulating melatonin and how it relates to energy and fatigue. It debunks the theory of adrenal fatigue. A bit waffly at the start so if you haven’t got time to listen to it all start at about 35 minutes. It’s one of those 24 hours docs so need to watch

Getting better
My health anxiety has slowly been getting better, my palpitations are getting less noticeable and I'm not so obsessively checking my pulse and heartrate anymore which is yay! I still have some physical symptoms that come and go but it isn't as bad as it was last month. Though I still have some off days

I’ve started taken 10mg Lexapro three nights ago and staying asleep has been so difficult...constant tossing and turning with racing thoughts. I’ve tried taking some Melatonin to get me back to sleep and it seemed to work last night but no luck tonight so here I am. /:

Never ending insomnia please help!
I have been struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, and overall quality of sleep for years. I can’t seem to find a medication or supplement that works well for me. I have tried melatonin (nightmares), valerian root (too many giant bad smelling capsules to take in order for it to work), magnesium

Ibrutanib and sleep issues
Day 5 on ibrutanib. Really having issues with sleeping. I wake after two hours and have restless leg type symptoms and cannot get back to sleep. Have tried melatonin but hadn't really helped. I am a Waldenstrom patient with associated amyloidosis but there are slot of commonalities with CLL.

Is this anxiety? (Middle of the night awakening, heart)
Everynight I wake at 1-3am, I'm unable to return to sleep. I get around 3hrs sleep per night. In the day I feel terrible. On the rare occasion I slept better then I feel great (so it's within my reach!) have had this for 3 years. It can get worse, in the past I've been able to get up for an hour and
