W9R3 Graduation Day - Couldn’t be more fed-up ☹️😠😩
This latest
injury
is going to put me
back
at least 3 or 4 weeks, if not longer. I’ve just bought Runners World 1001 Running Tips and will read it from cover to cover whilst resting up but any advice from the wealth of knowledge and expertise on this forum would be most welcome.

Slow progress
Felt OK afterwards too, so was feeling pretty positive - especially reading the updates of all the others recovering from
injury
who were going
back
to the C25K plan. So on Monday I decided to try another W2, but this one really didn't go so well.

Pain in hips.
I overstepped the line after having physio for hips
back
and an old knee problem/
injury
. I think the physio exercises along with starting short distance slow running, aggravated things. I went up to 7 mg for a while, now down to 6 where I've been for weeks now.

Back after injury
Hi everyone. I put my back out a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to do any exercise of any sort. Went back to the gymon Tuesday and tried a run on the treadmill and literally was blowing after a couple of minutes! 😣 My breathing was all over the place and I lasted 6 minutes before needing to stop

Back to running after injury
Any tips? I graduated back in March and have been running 3 times a week since. I usually manage just over 5k including warm up walk. 19!days ago I suffered a pain in my calf so have not run since. I plan to go out in the morning but seem to have lost my nerve.

Is this feeling normal....Week 8 Run1
So after getting to W 6 last year and having to quit due to a knee
injury
I'm
back
on the C25K challenge. I completed W8R1 today and am knackered, a real struggle, my legs are like jelly. I am amazed that I ran for 28 minutes but honestly im still waiting to feel the "running bug".

Trials and tribble-ations
And after having had an arthroscopy on my left knee three years ago, I'm not in a rush to surf the
injury
couch for six months and have to go
back
to the beginning again. So, a a walk home through the woods after a 2.8k run.

I'm back in the game!! Week 4 = Done!
Although the data is a bit unreliable clearly, I think I ran at about 6:45/km based on how long I was out and how far I ran, which for a first run
back
after
injury
, I'm very happy with.

Migraine and hip pain
Help - does anyone have advice on excruitiating pain in the hip area - not sure if it’s piriformis syndrome but I am unable to walk/move. Worried about not excercising as it’s impossible. On top of that have now developed bad migraines lasting days. Co-codomol strongest dose only takes the edge off both

Back after knee injury
Bit scared to run now after having 5 weeks off after a knee injury while running downhill. Decided to give it a go yesterday as a test and did a gentle jog for 3k stopping whenever I had the slightest twinge in my knee. Seems ok today so hoping to repeat on weds. Thinking I should go back to week

Down but not out
But then I have started getting lots of niggky injuries, first calf, then groin and now quad n- only completed 3.2km of this weeks park run I know I was guilty of coming
back
too soon with groin
injury
, so not going to do that with the quad.
