Back to running after injury

Any tips? I graduated back in March and have been running 3 times a week since. I usually manage just over 5k including warm up walk. 19!days ago I suffered a pain in my calf so have not run since. I plan to go out in the morning but seem to have lost my nerve.

Just set off and see how you feel. If you're worried just do a 20 min run plus your warm up/down.
