Back after knee injury

Bit scared to run now after having 5 weeks off after a knee injury while running downhill.

Decided to give it a go yesterday as a test and did a gentle jog for 3k stopping whenever I had the slightest twinge in my knee.

Seems ok today so hoping to repeat on weds. Thinking I should go back to week 3 and not push my knee or should I start again at week 1 or do what I did yesterday?!

Just take it very cautiously. There are no rules, but it is your body, so look after it

There are knee strengthening exercises here nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/k...
