Back after back injury

I have been out of action with a pulled muscle in my back for a week. I pulled out after doing Week 6 R2. That one felt really hard and i wasnt looking forward to R3. Im thinking of going out tomorrow to get back in the swing but where should i start. Any advice please?

As the guide to the plan states you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running,

Pick up where you left off.

Thank you. I should have looked at the plan. Got my head in my dissertation so a bit distracted. Cheers

I feel your pain as I had a similar issue 18 months ago which took me ages to get back out. I went back to week 4 as I didn’t want to go back to the start; it worked fine but I’d have been prepared to go back further if needed. Unfortunately I didn’t complete the programme the 2nd time round either but am now up to week 9 so I’m really close to finally completing! Best of luck, just take it slow and listen to your body

Thank you. Im a bit nervous about going too soon. The non runners and the healthy ones roll their eyes as if im making excuses so i feel a bit pressured. I still have a twinge but i know i need to keep moving
