Just completed W1 R3 after 5 months out injured after suffering a really bad calf injury right at the start of W5 R1 back in January. Thought it best to start again after so long out.
Calf muscle still feels tight, which is maybe to be expected. Anyone else trying again after an injury where they did not complete C5K first time? Initially i am just doing it twice a week to break back in gently.
