Not had the best week.Fell at work and have a fractured patella now.On crutches in a full leg brace.Has anyone had a similar injury ?How long before you were back to normal?Any tips for maintaining fitness while confined to the house?thanks

Shame about your knee. Very short walks with your crutches if possible just to get you some fresh air , but I know it's exhausting using crutches. Get well soon 😊😚

Oh what a shame! My daughter fractured hers as a child, in the 90s. She had a full-length plaster on! She had it on for six weeks. Things may have changed now. You could always ring the physio department and ask their advice?
