2019 started out so promising, I had completed New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day 5k challenges & set myself a 500k goal for the year. Enter left SI joint issue followed quickly after recovery by right knee medial ligament injury which has had me out of running for months. I have now fully recovered from knee injury & have decided that it is time to start back running & tomorrow is the day I start back to week 1 on C25k. Me & Michael Johnson will be donning our running shoes & going for a rather lovely, gentle first run & I am looking forward to it. I may not complete my goal of running 500k this year but I can certainly knock a big chunk off 😁
Restarting: 2019 started out so promising, I had... - Couch to 5K
Restarting
I just really enjoy listening to MJ, I still do a run from W4, it's probably my favourite run of the week! Enjoy it! And WELCOME BACK!
I just love how encouraging he is & yes, week 4 is great, I also did that x
Given the circumstances, you obviously didn't have any choice about being able to run. It's encouraging to hear that you're looking forward to restarting.
Thank you both. It has been frustrating sitting out but now I am able to run & will be taking it slowly 😁
Hello you! I wondered where you had disappeared to!
I am so glad you are fully recovered..I'm still here! Still slow and steady 😉
You know the ropes...and you know you can do it!
Take it steady and I will watch for your post!xx

Great to have you back!! I have just re-graduated after being on the IC for 18 months!
Enjoy! 😎
Glad you are recovered & well done on your re-graduation. x
Thank you - you'll soon be joining me!! Enjoy being back out there!
Thanks. I definitely will be graduating & all going well, it should 11th October. Now, I just need to shift myself from this bed 😂😂
Welcome back ! Hope you’re soon back in the swing and having fun out there x
