Used Nike to get back in to it.

Used Nike running to help me get back at it again after my injury. I just set the bar low and made sure I only ran 2/3 times a week. After my run this morning 5k 30min 16 secs. I got this. Felt rather good when It came up.

Nice one. I like this short plan, and that’s what I intend to do after my HM. Looked very good for all but total beginners. Nice to see you back running regularly.

Yeah I enjoyed doing it. 1st time that I've actually completed one. Last time I was only half way through then got injured. Last week of my gym plan, then holiday next week. Bulgaria beware lol. One of the pt in the gym is going to do me out a new 6 week plan when I get home. Then change it up every 6 weeks. All about trying to loose that 9 lbs now plus miby a few more from holidays lol so I can hit my goal at end of August. Getting myself down to 12stone 8. That's me down to a healthy bmi in exactly 1 year.

That’s cool... my aim is exactly the same weight and pretty much at the same time... I let a few pounds creep on during the last year. I must remember to only eat what I burn 🤣

It will be an amazing time to nail that BMI around the anniversary of starting your journey

I know bmi isn't everything but as I've think said before this was my 1st goal, weather at the time it was ambitious or not its the one goal I haven't reached. Plus side is if I get the 9lbs off I will have lost 5.2 stone in exactly one year. No pressure then. Another small win. This may sound weird but I've always wanted to have that thud noise when punched in the stomach. Mine always sounded slappy. My son aged 9 punched me repeatedly and I got the thud. No 6 pack but I got the thud lol

🤣🤣🤣. I’m not sure that would be my preferred way of testing! Hope your lad isn’t an aspiring Tyson or that won’t end well!

I put fitness over BMI as long as the latter isn’t way out... you’ve nailed the former, so yeah, BMI is a good thing to work on right now... tick all the recommendations and keep moving is my thinking.

5.2 in 52 does have a certain ring to it... go get it.

In fairness now we were playing wrestling. He hit me and I was ooooh. So I told him to hit me again. Although he didn't hold back. Lol
