Low dose naltrexone (LDN)
The inevitable bruises are a constant reminded that things are not going to get better (I use an
arnica
cream to relieve the pain and bring out the bruises).

What can i mix comfrey powder with to make a paste to put on my super-sensitive tooth ?
Clove oil didn't work, neither salt rinses, neither
arnica
. Am also taking hypericum tabs as it is meant to mend nerve damage. I want to give the comfrey a try at the same time. For now i've been mixing it with my natural toothpaste which is thin and runny. I need a more paste -like consistency

Type 2 Diabetic - I manage my blood sugar levels with diet control and exercise, but without taking ANY medicines
Tried a LOT of food supplements when diagnosed initially...raw garlic, vinegar, sakkarakolli (sorry, local term used...don't know the English/Generic name), fanugreek seeds,
arnica
, mag phos etc etc etc. Found that none of them really make a significant difference (if at all) either way.

ABSCESS
#
Arnica
[Arn] is the remedy where abscesses and boils do not mature; they shrivel up, then another crop comes;
Arnica
will often develop the abscess, carrying it on to a discharge of the pus and a cure of the trouble.

Grazed knees….but no damage done to my kit!
The
arnica
gel has been applied but I have a feeling I will be aching tomorrow from this. How am I going to run when its icy if I cant even stay upright when its dry?? Just hope it doesn’t knock my confidence too much for evening runs..... Oh well, excitement over for now.

I've bought

Oil, popping Ibuprofen and worst of all not had a run since Tuesday, should have been out this morning but decided not to tempt it. If anyone out there has a better idea on cure I'm ready to try it.
