Bruising reduction.

Am moisturizing arms and legs and just ordered arnica cream. Can I expect a reduction in this awful bruising steroid side effect as I taper down from medrol?? Am currently at 18,5 mgs. Thx.

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has experimented with homeopathy for the pain of Fibro? Any suggestions? Thanks x

I usually take Arnica but it's not enough anymore. Anyone have any remedies that have helped them? Thanks x

Fractured ribs

We had a nasty car accident last week ( elderly gentleman driving a large Dormobile from Europe had no idea of the rules of single- track- driving here in the HIghlands of Scotland - I felt quite sorry for him) I have rather spectacular bruising of right breast - Arnica has been great help - and three

Venice 10k (well, sort of - this is Italy) 🇮🇹

Collected the bling and finishers’ goody bag - more beer, water, fresh fruit, protein bar, nibbles and arnica gel 😂 Free massages were also on offer, but the queue was humongous so we skipped it and caught the vaporetto back to the hotel. Now for a shower, then go and find a nice lunch.

Reccomendations for cream.

I been using arnica gel but not sure it still working as good as it used to. The worst of my pain is elbows, knees, ankles and feet. I did find one called fibro cream which I was hoping to try but out of stock everywhere. Any recommendations or own experience very welcome.

Swollen nodules body recovery, confused thyroid?

I preceeded to take arnica and go on my way. After the wedding we travelled further to see son in SD. I was exhausted, and was feeling like I had a UTI. Fast forward to return home, we unloaded I was having severe pain in my groin, shoulder and hip.

Can a burning pain in the buttocks be part of RLS symptoms ?

I have had RLS for a few years, have on the whole been able to manage the pain in the legs without medication by walking around at night, massages, arnica or magnesium spray; and taking iron supplements. In May I underwent tests confirming again low levels of ferritin and iron etc.

Help for extreme pain in thighs and arms

I have used magnesium spray on my sore muscles, have Epsom Salts baths, and use muscle rub creams (Arnica, Biofreeze). The pains increased after my Moderna vaccine; I was hoping it was a side effect from the vaccine, but 3 weeks later the pains are still extreme, especially at night.

Something helps with bruising

ARNICA MONTANA. They are pellets in a tube. Doctors have patients take them before and after elective surgeries for bruising. I have taken them and they go away fast.

Sudden bruised swollen hand

They suggested Arnica and keeping arm raised. Has anyone experienced anything like this? (I’ve had PMR for 6 years and had been on 5 mg pred for 5 years. I was particularly achey recently so am trying 6 mg for l month and l am a bit less fatigued.)

Trigger item for Lymphorrhea.

I had a rash appear on the back of my hands to which I applied Arnica. The rash disappeared within hours but the following morning I had an unexpected leakage in my legs. That too lasted only a couple of days. The following week the rash returned on my thighs as well as my hands.

And Just As You Think Its Quiet on the Pulse Front..........

Popped to Holland & Barrett with hubby to get some arnica. After Avocadogate, I wasn't going to chance what he would come back with. According to my Versa 2, I had only walked 0.35 of a mile in total from getting up, to getting back to the car. Gentle, flat, slow walking.

2 Week Update

The arnica seems to be tackling the bruising admirably and I salute hubby for his twice daily, dutiful application of it, even though his technique is reminiscent of waxing the car (not quite Karate Kid) but beggars can't be choosers.
