Knee pain :(

So annoyed!!! Completed wk3r2 three days ago + have really suffered with knee pain on right leg. Couldn't even walk kids to school. It's come on gradually + I'm sure is related to weak muscles on this side (as previously noticed with past back issues + Pilates 1-2-1 sessions!) Really want to get back running (weirdly doesn't hurt when running,just generally moving about, up/downstairs etc) any advice? Been using an ice pack as much as I can, about to pick up some arnica massage balm + going to swimming today instead of run.....Knee supports? But someone told me these were bad idea as can weaken knee??? Help! Need to + want to get back to it!! Thx

I think you just have to rest it a bit. If you are new to running you can expect niggly aches and pains. I know what you mean about it being ok when you run. It's weird int it

Stairs must have been invented by the devil! If I lived in a bungalow I wouldn't ever think about my knees!


Try this exercise my physio gave me for knee trouble. It works brilliantly but you'll have to do it for the rest of your life (or at least for as long as you want to continue running.) :)
