Jaw locking while trying to feed. Suggestions?
So I'm not too sure if this is related but i dont think she is in pain UTI as she is on the end of her
antibiotics
. She was also bed ridden for the past 5 days in the hospital, so her legs are a bit stiff. I don't think these are related but thought I would mention it.

VERTEBROPLASTY OP WENT FINE - SO FAR, SO GOOD
I did not have the luxury of asking anesthesiologist about Pred dose as there wasn't one present. I was awake for the entire procedure and op nurse administered an opioid and a medication when I requested it. Very relaxed but not "high". Also an antibiotic was included and I now have the same one at

Raised CRP to 5.3 and ESR to 25
I currently have a second UTI, first one August and am taking
antibiotics
. Could the UTI be elevating my CRP and ESR? I don't want to increase my pred unless absolutely essential. It has taken me 18 months to get from 9mg to 4mg a day. I don't seem to have any PMR pain.

Finally did it..👏🤣
Covid. 7 chest infections (many steroids &
antibiotics
) 2 day stay in hospital with pneumonia. and one cracked rib......🤦♂️ So if any fellow Ct5k friends out there who are struggling a bit... It can be done.👍. Take it slowly, go back weeks when you get a setback...extra rest days between runs.

A Ghost In The Woods.
Well had a rough day - I have a throat problem that only a certain penicillin will work proper. So I had i packet in the house but it takes 4 because it's 2 x 4 times a day. I was getting concerned as I could not swallow proper. Knowing i only had one box just about enough with taking 1 about four

Persistent bowel infection
However, I did manage to convince my GP to give me a course of Co-amoxiclav
antibiotics
which is the first line treatment for diverticulitis, should there be an underlying infection. This basically cured my symptoms, and has done so for about 9 months now.

raised platelets post op
I was readmitted with a post op infection and treated with IV
antibiotics
, at the time it was noted I had a high platelet count. At my post op review (at 3.5weeks post op), I had repeat bloods and my platelets are still high and my consultant is now referring me to a haematologist.

Fostair 100/6 problems on MART with severe Asthma attack - anyone else had this?
With the consultant, we finally got the cough cleared up after 9 months solid of
antibiotics
. Then they switched me to symbicort on a MART plan. Symbicort didn't keep me as clear in the chest as my seretide had but worked amazingly well as a reliever - best one I've ever had!

Dorzolamide preservative free drops
I am taking
antibiotics
and nasal spray but it doesn’t seem to be making much difference. It seems coincidental as it started since taking the dorzolomide drops and I only have to put them in my left eye.

SIBO and endo
The SIBO came back positive for me, but because my symptoms weren't that bad at the time we did the test (they had politely died down for a couple of months) we left it at that without any treatment ..as the gastro specialist didn't think it was worth treating the SIBO with
antibiotics

TWW here we come!
One concern that just dawned on me is whether I need to stop the
antibiotics
the clinic gave me after egg collection. I only have 1 days worth left but also know most meds not advised during pregnancy so I’ll call the clinic in the morning. Feeling hopeful and happy - let’s hope it lasts!

Pregnant and unknown pain
They said they aren't sure what it is but assumed it was a kidney infection and gave me
antibiotics
. They said if that doesn't work (it hasn't) to see my doctor again. Which is impossible because I can't get an appointment!! 😔 Then 3 weeks ago...

thrush ahead of FET
I’ve been on a course of 2 strong types of
antibiotics
due to an infection caused by an ectopic pregnancy. It has seemingly caused me to get thrush (must be connected as haven’t had thrush for about 20 years).

Waiting for CT scan results
I had multiple courses of
antibiotics
. I was given an emergency appointment at ENT casulty because the GP said she couldn't see inside my ear. ENT said I had a fungal infection and prescribed more
antibiotics
drops.

Pseudomonas not responded to a/b
The Dr has re-referred me to the consultant at the hospital and muttered about IV
antibiotics
to clear it up. Anyone else had this? Or advice on other options? Don’t want to spend time in hospital if I can avoid it😢

answers for diverticulitis
I am in hospital at the moment with a bad bout of diverticulitis, treating with intravenous
antibiotics
,and pain management for my many other health issues. I don’t know that much about diverticulitis and the staff in the hospital mostly too busy to give me any answers .

Heart palpitations at night
I've been to the doctor, had 24 hour heart monitor,
antibiotics
etc but the doctor says my heart is regular so he doesn't think it's that. They do not know what is the cause. It's driving me crazy and I hardly sleep and don't feel well most of the time.
