Heart palpitations at night
I've been to the doctor, had 24 hour heart monitor,
antibiotics
etc but the doctor says my heart is regular so he doesn't think it's that. They do not know what is the cause. It's driving me crazy and I hardly sleep and don't feel well most of the time.

pins and needles after IV
I received
antibiotics
through a drip on my left wrist, I had some tenderness during this process and now have intermittent pins and needles in my left hand. I have read up about potential nerve damage. Has anybody else experienced this?

Getting UTI as transplant recipient
Usually resolved with
antibiotics
(though my doctors always keep me in the hospital until urine culture comes back and they can send me home with the right
antibiotics
). A transplant recipient friend said her UTI led to 104 degree fever and sepsis(!) and loss of some kidney function.

Bacterial meningitis post spinal anaesthetic
i was in a coma gcs 8 and treated with
antibiotics
, the hospital have failed to recognise the after affects I suffered, neither did they offer any answers to questions, for example, how did this happen? Does anybody else have experience of the same thing, it is apparently very rare!

In hospice now
My gall bladder became infected and The hospital docs put me on all manner of
antibiotics
. They implanted a tube in my gallbladder to drain off any infection. I flush it twice a day and it will stay in me until the end— only a minor annoyance.

Chronic Endometritis
Hey lovely ladies! My question today related to endometritis/chronic uterine inflammation. I have done 4 hysteroscopies so far (two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023), each time the inflamed endometrium came out, with a "strawberry" appearance. After the tests, I came out positive for Ureaplasma (at

Suggestions please
I posted a couple of weeks following feeling horrific after tonsillitis and
antibiotics
. I queried if there were drug interactions. As I felt thyroidy. Last week I saw Gp about heart but then started to feel so much better the days afterwards. Just in time for a really hectic few days at work.

Bronchiectasis.. does coughing up some blood in sputum automatically mean that you’re having an exacerbation even if you feel fine?
Just woken to cough up some sputum which has streaks of blood in it 😬 No other symptoms at all so comes as a bit of a shock Can this happen without me needing to start
antibiotics
???? Hoping it’s a one off …
