Update after uMRD/completed antiobiotic
I was hoping that after I completed the round of
antibiotics
on Monday, that I would be seeing some improvement. Every day this week seems to be getting worse. My ankles are swollen, and my knees are also swollen. I have joint pain in the ankles, knees, wrist and shoulder.

Implantation failed FET 2nd round IVF with NHS
Before I talk to my dr again or look to do IVF privately, my questions are: -Have anyone managed to ask NHS to prescribe
antibiotics
for prevention of bacteria during your transfer? I foresee they won’t do test for immunity or take a biopsy of my lining for NK before my next FET.

Stressed with Sudden diarrhea and rectal bleeding
Hello and thank you for letting me join. Today I had a colonoscopy, that indicated to my surprise rectal ulcers. The rest of the colonoscopy looked good other than hemorrhoids. What I would like to know from those who have rectal bleeding and colitis as my doctor is leaning towards ulcerative colitis

Seroma advice
They flushed me out with
antibiotics
and put 42 stitches in my back. After that I had lot's of e.coli infections until December. Since then I've had 2 MRI scans with contrast and a CT scan. I have a seroma that I was told would desolve ,but now has encased itself.

He's on morphine IV
antibiotics
and drip for hydration. He is in terrible pain but the hospital says they will contact Broadgreen hospital which he is still under for advice on how to proceed. Has anyone else suffered with this problem? Surgeon says it could be months before its resolved.

Follow up to Rituximab COVID paxlovid...
Doctor also suspects bacterial pneumonia and prescribed
antibiotics
, and cough medicine. Return in 5 to 7 days if no improvement. I read about paxlovid rebound. Research showed 1% do. But, added bonus of ANCA-vasculitis! Yeah! Who knows?

Bronchiectasis update
Now on 30mg steroids for 5 days and a months course of
antibiotics
. He is worried about the steroids as due to his heart condition he isn’t supposed to take them. Hoping that short term will not do any harm. No doubt there are others in a similar condition.

Trip Tips?
Took all of the skin off my elbow and forearm. 4 hours in A&E, two different tetanus jabs, high strength
antibiotics
and lots of cleaning and stitching! I’m 71 and run mainly to maintain bone health (I gave osteopenia) so could do without a repeat.
