Hello everyone! Just wanted to query with you, I used to take Amitriptyline before bed and it didn't help much and was changed to duloxetine which again doesn't help much. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these or if anyone is taking anything different :) Thank you

Compulsive Behaviour or Two Loves?
I was diagnosed 5 years ago. I was initially put on a low dosage of Sinemet 25/100 with 6 monthly visits to my Nuero Dr. As my condition worsened very quickly (or so it seemed to me) After trying the patches (Had a skin reaction) I was soon on the maximum dosage of Ropinerole (Requip XL) 3x 8mg per day

Saying hello
Hi everyone. I'm not sure where to start so here goes. I was diagnosed with Fibro a few weeks ago after being passed from pillar to post for years as I'm sure you are all familiar with. As I have Osteoarthritis every ache and pain was put down to 'it will just be the wear and tear'. As that didn't cover

Hi everyone. I feel like I'm posting so many different problems on here at the moment. I'm not overly well. The past few years with my endometriosis and my polycystic ovaries I'd started to develop urinary issues. For years I've continuously suffered with utis, kidney infections and so on and was referred

Benefits of Amitriptyline
What are the pros and cons of Amitriptyline tabs for pain? I have been taking them (10mg) for only three days and already I've found them helpful.

Amitriptyline
Has anyone been prescribed amitriptyline for pain? For quite a few months I have been prescribed different tabs and liquid for ongoing chronic stomach and chest pain without much benefit. Had a stomach endoscope in the past which indicates gastroenteritis/duodenitis that has never cleared up.

Lyrica
Hi everyone hope you are all well. I have been put on Lyrica 50mg ( which is a low dose apparently) twice a day and have found that I am totally spaced out! I am too scared to take the second dose because it would be too close to taking the amitriptyline I take in the evening to help me sleep ( think
