Hi all I have not posted anything for a long time. I have been on pramapexol for some time but they have not been working like they did at the start, wen to the doctors today she has put me on Amitriptyline 10 mg has any one ever been on them as I have not heard of them before.

Suffering very painful legs while in bed. If i don't fall asleep within 10 mins of going to bed it can take me hours . Take Amitriptyline 50mg , Tramadol and Voltarol on my knees and ankles. Iv got a DOCTORS Appointment at 10 .30 to day ,iv not been looked after for 8yrs with my ME and FIBROMYALGIA, all I'm on is GABAPENTIN, and AMITRIPTYLINE. I am going back to the doctor tonight because he put me on Amitriptyline a week ago and the only time that i can take it is at night time because it makes me sleepy. I was recently referred to a neurologist for RLS, he put me on ropinirole 1.5mg which didn't work and made me sick, i reduced the dose to 0.5mg but anything higher made me sick so i was told to stop it. The neurologist has now put me on amitriptyline (tried to anyway!), i had a look through some posts
