Pain relief vs weight gain

Hello I'm on gabapentin and yramadol for pain. My weight went up 20 lbs. I'm down to 1 300mg gabapentin and 4 or 5 tramadol per day.

yep gabapentin and pregabalin are renowned for weight gain,I've ended up with around 3 stone in weight extra, its a real difficult one to weigh up as without the medication I dread my symptoms coming back,so I just except the fact I've accepted the excess baggage needed to put some weight on,bit not quite as much as this,so probably not the straight forward answer you were looking and as I'm getting older I find doing exercises is really tiresome so along with other aches and pains I tend to take things easy, funny how "specialist's" tell you to do exercises,it's the bloody exercises in the first place that's worn my joints out,if I felt able to do physical work outs I would do,but you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink it,anyway good look in the future.
