Very late night

So I went to the Emergency room yesterday for a chest x-ray. That came back clear but they did see I tiny bit of fluid in the lining of the lung. So they ran more tests to rule out pnemonia or anything else. My husband was not happy it took untill 2 am this morning to get to come home. I feel bad for doing that to him. He works so hard all day long while I sit at home. Even when I clean it. He works far harder than I do. But the doc fixed me up with a little tramadol last night them I have to take Motrin for a few days. But I'm better.

He would be a lot worse off with you out of the way so don't feel bad. Nothing is forever and you WILL be back on form again soon.

Ditto what I said yesterday - less focus on hubby and more on self and looking after yourself and stop beating yourself up about something you have no control over. You have been seriously ill and need rest, recuperation and most of all support.

You are obviously in US which is a little too far for me to travel otherwise you might find me on your doorstep telling your husband a few 'home' truths.

xx

Whilst in the normal course of events it is very laudable to put others, including your husband first, I agree with the others.

At a time like this you should be looking out for yourself otherwise you will not be able to do all the things you are used to doing again!!

I think you need rest, rest and more rest and only stop worrying about yourself when your body allows you and tells you that you are fully fit again.
