COUCH TO 5K a little positivity!
I started
Yoga
around 3months before lockdown and although it was only for a short period of time, after the first few weeks I found it really helped ease my pains especially on a night when I lay down for bed it would take around 20-30mins for pain to ease in my back It felt like someone was sat on

Okay, so that didn't work very well. No, not at all.
I'm wearing
yoga
pants and a t-shirt so I'm obviously on business, right? My anxiety level was already so high from the concept of I'm in public & going to a DR! Another fun aspect of this medical condition is that I must carry a cane now because I cannot walk without falling down.

How do I balance family, work, me, and my adult ADHD?
I started a few weeks ago working out (running, walk,
yoga
, body weight workout, ect.) and some days my wife will get up so we can walk together to talk, argue, laugh, and just kind of be alone. Then I get home and I either help cook, eat right away, or go out together.

Week 6 done
I've just done 90 minutes
yoga
and relaxation after my run so feel set up for the challenges of the day. Good luck to everyone running today.

My first wobble, W9R1
But that was ok, have been making slow and steady progress despite the insane pollen count and have been doing my best to have walks and do
yoga
to keep my strength up, and still managing at least two runs a week. And have completed every single run.

Socks and showers ☠️
Wouldn't you know it, after being so careful, and really taking care of myself, and even starting
yoga
on my rest days to build up strength and stretchiness 🧘🏻♀️, have gone and injured myself doing something daft?!?

No embryos made it to blastocyst
They put it down to a bad batch of eggs, even though this time we were on long protocal- Feeling heartbroken, angry alone...not to mention this time I didn't drink for 3 months, improved diet and walked most days with
yoga
- how could we get none to transfer?

Exercise.....
Can I ask if anyone of you with chronic pain have tried
yoga
? I really want to have a go, not only for the exercise/stretching, but also for the relaxation and the brain for relaxation.

Finally getting there!
Doing
Yoga
was not so easy because the pain in my shoulders and arms was too much.

Global Running Day
If it’s your rest day today, there’s lots that you can be doing to improve your running, a little
yoga
, some strengthening work, a walk, cycle... the choices are endless and not all are that challenging, maybe drink a glass of water, or read an article about running?

Week 8 run 2
I also practice
yoga
at least twice a week, but I am starting to get a niggle in my left hip and groin area. I really think I need straightening up by my chiropractor as I am overdue for an appointment and am looking forward to them reopening.

Two mths post cryo ablation
I was able to add more weight training (toning stuff, nothing heavy); more pilates as well as keeping up my
yoga
and physio exercises for my back. BUT I was still really struggling with the walking. I eventually managed to walk 2.2 miles with a few stops, but it was hard.

I'm new here
I lost all the rest of my possessions: my PC, TV, DVDs (about 50
yoga
videos), stereo, furniture, bookcases and all of my books. And I lost my car. I miss all these things terribly. I live in a house with 16 other people, none of whom I share any interests with. I have no family, no friends.

Back after vertigo and enforced running break! 🤗
So no upside down
yoga
, no workouts and saddest of all, no running!!😢 The last few weeks things have very slowly improved - some days better than others. I have managed work (in a school) and was able to use the exercise bike when I felt better.
