I very occasionally do

and the ten million stretches/strength exercises from my various paramedical providers, but none of it gets my heart rate up or does any calorie burning.

Plans and motivation
So, I guess my focus is a week by week one, next week's plan is this: Mon:

, long walk or bike ride Tues: Walk in my lunch hour (get out of school!) Weds: 10 mile attempt, my handicap time is 1:53:41, 11:22 min miles (slightly scary!!!!)

BLOOMING JUNE ! ... Quest for June 2020... Last few days of June...
Yoga
is still part of each day and also making time to just relax and take stock:) I have had an absolute whale of a time doing the Quest this month. Watching everyone's progress and reading the posts and replies has been inspirational!

Still on the couch... But getting better
Im thinking get my bike out and every other day try a bit of
yoga
but nothing to strenuous just to easy back into some sort of exercise then when i can do stuff without any discomfort afterward i will try and run again but do r1w1 first just to make sure 😎🌞 Hope everyone is enjoying the sun and their

BLOOMING JUNE ! ... Quest for June 2020... Week 3... Here we are again
Running wise, I am still getting out three or more times a week... trying to up my distances, doing the 30 day

8 weeks ago I started eating healthier, doing bits of
yoga
, and most importantly, I started the couch to 5K program. It’s been a journey of skepticism and doubt, but equally of joy and pride. Before this I could count my total runs on two hands.

thank goodness I had a book to occupy me...not sure if I feel much difference but I did do a

class online yesterday and went for a walk by the river Trent where it’s flat so I wasn’t breathless I shall go to see Bugsy and decide if I’m riding him when I get there A question..have any of you ladies

Week 4 run 2 completed (I still didnt die..I am a machine!)
But....I mad eup for it and ran for and extra 3 to 4 minutes or so after (is it ok to go off track and extend it alittle I dod do a final warm down walk and

Week 5 run 1...loved it!
Then I did my half an hour post run
