The only chapter about actually downgrading the panic says to breathe,
yoga
, and splash water on your face. I paid $197 for advice that I already know about and do. Again this is a SCAM don't fall for it. Save your money. 136 people found this helpful

Persistent AFIB
I am fairly active and walk, bike and do
yoga
and weights. I struggle with weight issues, but lost 12-15 pounds recently and am fairly fit. Thanks for any feedback on my concerns.

Pleurisy question
I’ve been trying to keep up with my daily walking - 5-6 miles as well as morning
yoga
. I feel it’s important to keep lungs active but should I be doing this?? Am I making it worse? I do rest after the walk but the breathless feeling is horrible.

W7 R2 Done...just!😅
When I got back to WiFi, I sorted out my app and then played the run during my
yoga
and shower, so it would be up to date. Got to say Jo’s commentary was almost as good as mine!😂 She’s definitely coming along on my next run though, it was a bit lonely without her. 😊

Is maintenance carbimozle dose for these blood results right? (Graves) Would love to hear your experience with adjusting dose.
I was feeling great about 6 weeks after initially starting carbimozle and resumed light exercise (5km runs,
yoga
). However at 4 months, I woke up suddenly fatigued again with a simple walk winding me out. Also have trouble sleeping and getting up to pee a lot.

Looking for a good online yoga class
Can anyone recommend a good online
yoga
class, requiring no equipment, hopefully, so I can work on my strength, stamina and breathing on my rest days? And get bendy, as who doesn't want to be bendy? Thanks!

Day 1
Do Zoom
yoga
twice a week (or my form) no hiding at back of hall on Zoom. Before lock down also did golden swan ballet (what a sight that is) but needed to sort posture as I lean forward with pain in back. Looking forward to this journey💕

The RA Passenger (Poem) by AmblingA (Stick with it, it turns around to empower 👍)
*You have tried turmeric, herbs and oils, *
yoga
, physio, hours of toils. *Meditation, exclusion and fasting *yet nothing for relief, just pain that's lasting. *All day, all night – the feeling of defeat. *Splints and pillows, ice and heat. *Then you meet a clinician who gives you a goal.
