i am really missing my
yoga
classes. Had a day out with grandchildren yesterday. It was good to have a bit of normality. The baby cygnets we see on one of our walks are nearly swans now.

How trauma is impacting your life?
A trauma informed approach to

Improve lifestyle to improve outcomes - sleep & mouth tape
First I spent an hour in the evenings before bed practising Mindfulness, a couple of
yoga
exercises & prayer. This helped but I needed more so started using Breathright nasal strips at night.

Struggling a bit!
I’ve just saved some cardio,
yoga
and HIIT home workouts to start on my day off running so maybe that will help if I can stick with them. Any tips gratefully received!

Emasculated in Man Leggings
I've bought myself a
yoga
mat (delivered) and a foam roller (not yet delivered) too, so sh*t is getting serious at the moment, but with all that said though, I'm not sure when I'll be out there W6R3ing. In all honesty, I'm terrified of it.

Yoga and running .. advice please
I’m an avid daily
yoga
bunny. Since starting the C25k (one run to go before graduation ... yay!) I’ve noticed that my
yoga
-flexibility has reduced dramatically ... especially in my calves & lower back: they feel much tighter than before ... Is this normal? Thanks for any words of wisdom!

First workout in my new inside space
This worked really well, and just like when these exercises - when done outside - allowed me to get in touch with nature again (grass, bugs, bark, fresh air), the inside exercises bring a different home-ly connectivity: - the riddled feel of woodgrain on the floorboards - the soft feel of the
