Hi everyone - if you have previously attended any of our meetings - relative drop-in, general drop-in, exercise groups or yoga groups - we have changed all the meeting IDs & passwords of every meeting. If you don’t receive an email from us with new codes - please contact us. You will get an email this week.

Sepsur Greetings to you!

As you'll know I am not an ICU experienced patient. I have other undeclared ICU connections, but that's little known.

I do follow your journey, and you and I do share some of that!

However I am interested in exercise and its role in recovery from serious illness and incapacity. I've used it myself during CLL watch and wait and FCR chemotherapy.

Meanwhile best wishes.
