Yoga has gotten me through some very difficult times throughout my life. 🙏 Mum's death, childbirth, divorce, motherhood, betrayal, brain illness and covid19 times now. I now use my 28 years of knowledge more as a tool box for life.

I urge people to find a decent yoga teacher /online class with interaction. Real yoga isn't gym yoga but a process of self enquiry, movement, energy, relaxation and growth.

Definitely worth seeking it out.
