I love to practice yoga
I’ve recently taken up
yoga
. Got interested last year as a way to cope with it being a confusing year. I’m not as flexible as I would like but one way I modify it is doing adaptive or chair

. I learned the moon salutation from YouTube videos and that’s now one of my favorites.

Chronic prostatitis for over 30 years.
I tried everything: cutting out all alcohol and caffeine, exercise, relaxation and mediation,
yoga
…nothing helped. The urologist finally conceded that antibiotics weren’t going to work, and that he was at a loss of what to do next.

PTSD old and new
Anyway, after getting out I worked extremely hard to get my mind right, getting into
yoga
, meditation, so much that I even became a meditation teacher, and I made a lot of progress.

Early morning 4.5k and poor hubby 🤕
So hubby is again on a lengthy injury couch, and I will have to
yoga
and run all alone again! But poor hubby 😭, as a really sporty person he is really getting annoyed at spending so much time on the injury couch. And of course we’re constantly wondering why?!

Hot Yoga, Hot Paloties, Hot Vacuuming, Hot Mopping, Hot Dishes, Hot Laundry, Hot Toilet Cleaning!
I'd just sat on my shower chair, letting cold water spray over me for 20 minutes . . . Put some shampoo in my hair, but I don't want to hurry up, it feels too good to sit in the cold shower . . . I climb out and dry off, except my hair. Maybe my wet hair will help cool me as I clean house in preparation

Calf pain
Should I now be avoiding running for a wk to rest the leg and do home exercises ie
yoga
at home? It’s a bit painful when walking on it. Feels very tight. Tried Voltarol gel and Arnica but they aren’t helping. So looking for some advice. Thanks.

Tales from the IC: Getting to know my Metatarsals (# 1)
In terms of keeping fit and mobile, I have continued with daily
yoga
and squats, but simple taking care to opt out on any positions that would put too much stretch or weight on the feet or one foot. So no tip-toeing for now.

HHM Training - Week 9 Day 5
I’m going to have another go at running 16K on Wednesday and will go swimming on Tuesday and do some
yoga
stretches. I’ve still got 5 weeks to go until the big day so if I can manage the 16K and then the 20K the following week without causing myself too much pain, I’ll be happy.

Good morning and happy Sunday!
I don't like
yoga
or pilates, I just don't have the room for it either so I'm thinking about getting an exercise bike. Do any of you have any recommendations?
