Everyone ready to break that world record?
Otherwise only
yoga
and cross training. Todayās 3.7k recovery run felt great, using NRC Coach Benett 12 min short guided run. According to him - but personalised by me - my celebrations for today were: 1. Getting my gear on and getting out the door! 2.

Weekly Chat 11th Oct to 17th Oct
I've got time off this week and next, I've got a
yoga
retreat in Wales next weekend. I'm sticking with running almost every day, breaking up my weekly mileage goal. I'm still working out every day.

This is the true path of
yoga
- to realise there is nothing to overcome, only to integrate. So our greatest challenges and fires of initiation, become that which are the greatest gems and help us shine. Oh so very bright. https://www.buzzsprout.com/246643/9247934

Routines, a runnerās best friend?
There were late nights, no
Yoga
, wheat rich croissants which I nibbled not being able to resist, but no morning running, rather Finnish chocolates, but no Pilates, for coffee there was soya milk as the only alternative(said to interfere with thyroid),- sigh ā¦a week full of dietary things I should not

In despair feeling lost and very low š
I am meditating, doing
yoga
, using cannabis oil, seeing a chiropractor and watching movies and listening to music to stop me thinking. I can see me looking back in the future and actually understanding how low I was, and this is a great thought, but I cannot feel it even remotely in sight at all.

How I have improved my condition.
I suffer from cardio-gastic syndrome and do a "sit up" style
yoga
exercise to strengthen my esophageal sphincter, which seems to help and since this is stress related, I use the aforementioned techniques to assist. Am I cured?

š first 5k since January!! And a fall š
I have to own up to it being nearly 3 weeks since my last run, though I have been doing
yoga
and Pilates. My shifts with the vaccination team have all fallen on run days recently, but not today. I settled on a Jeffing run with 3:1 intervals and my dog Isla came too.

What is your favourite breakfast to charge your day?
Home-working has allowed my running/workout routines to much better fit around my work, with me often using my lunch break for a quick 30 min
yoga
session if Iāve not done it in the morning.
