Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've posted on here but I'm hoping you knowledgeable people might be able to help me..... I am after some specific yoga recommendations. I try to do some yoga every day, but as a minimum 5 times a week and have been loosely following the yoga with Adriene monthly calendars. I have however got a sore right shoulder (I think from too much gardening and lugging heavy stones around in the last week) and 4 weeks on Monday will be doing the Macmillan 72 holes in a day golf challenge for very personal reasons and definitely need to not aggravate it any more. So... I'm looking for any suggestions of yoga practices that don't involve time on the hands / arms etc, just until I get this sorted.
I will have a look through myself but if anyone knows of any to get me started that would be a massive help and very much appreciated 😊 xx

I love Adrienne's voice but in practice I can't cope with her session, just too much time hanging out on my wrists. I prefer Ekhart Yoga which is a paid subscription but has some nice free classes on its website and on YouTube.
Ahhh that's great, thank you. Just gives me some to start off with while I look for some more. I know I've done one in the last couple of weeks off one of the monthly calendars but I can't remember what it was at the moment!
I did one from the June 2022 calender Energize which has no time on wrists and shoulders yesterday. It's YWA Yoga for Hips and Lower Back Relief. It was a good one...
