foot cramp in yoga
I have been doing a weekly
yoga
class for a couple of years now, and find that whenever I try to do child's pose I get cramp in my feet. If I tuck my toes it stops after a while but I would really like to avoid it happening in the first place.

Zen in 10
Yesterday was standing
yoga
and this morning I've done my first class and meditation of the programme. The
yoga
was both challenging (mainly in the balance area) and sweet (some enjoyable stretches it felt like I'd not done in too long!).

Zoom!
I had a Zoom class for
yoga
today. There were just four of us in the class. At one point the instructor was standing on her head. Then later standing on her neck with her face obscured and not able to see that I was not following. But I thought, "Not bad for a grandmother."

YWA FLOW : the last 3 days!
I did better when I had a
yoga
morning practice, like in 2021 and 2022. But in the last couple of years,
yoga
has taken a bit of a backseat, and with it it has become a lunch-time break, early or late evening practice.

Half way hello
I'm half way through my 'Zen in 10' programme now and enjoying it very much (well, my hamstrings disagree - and that was from what was supposed to be the breathwork/meditation session, not the
