The best way to learn is through experience. Especially when it comes to holistic mind/body practices such as yoga. The nuance and context of what comes up when we interrupt patterns of tension, mental frustrations and build a deeper relationship with our breath. All of this, is yoga. Yoga is a deeply personal journey too. Because no-one knows your body, like you do. Its stories, history, injuries, challenges, family dynamics, and so much more.

Explore this for yourself. Noting there are many iterations in any given day. Our body is always changing. When we equip ourselves with a sense of greater openness and just let ourselves step into the movements and then explore what comes up (and lots does!) it sparks new ways of appreciating our bodies.

We breathe, we move, we feel, we deeply enquire within.

Let me know how you get on!
