Constant Pain.
I'm 59 & have endured the increasing pain of spondylolisthesis for more than 20 years. Prescribed drugs don't really help. My life is limited by the pain. I get very depressed.

Wound
Has anyone had their clips removed and had an area of wound come apart. This happened to me today and I'm now on daily doc visits. I'm disappointed that scar healing will delay chemo and I might end up with a less neat scar. What if it doesnt heal? Generally just worried because brain over analyses

I'm new here. I've been having Trouble Speaking. Why won't my words come out?
It comes and goes but happens much more frequently than I wish. I was once a great speaker I would have no problem standing up anywhere and speak to any amount of people; I've given countless speeches to countless of people, I was a true public speaker. But lately, I've had difficulty just talking to

Wound advice
After having a laparoscopy on thursday my partner was rushed in on Friday for emergency surgery. With everything that's be going on, I only last night studied my discharge papers from the hospital. I find they have put down a totally different procedure to what I had done, no wonder that I can't find

W6R2 - stick to what works
I almost manages the first 10 minute run, albeit with a couple of pauses, and then didn't even attempt to finish the second one and stopped after about 6 minutes, then limped home licking my proverbial
wounds

Belly button removal
Hi ladies, I'm new on here and looking for some words of experience... 10 days ago (after 10 long years) I finally had my umbilical endo taken seriously and had my belly button removed. It was a day surgery case and was in and out pretty quickly. As a rare condition (apparently) no one really had any

Allodynia
Anybody suffer from allodynia - pain from stimuli which aren't usually painful such as light touch? I answered a post on this a couple of weeks ago and I have it pretty bad at the moment. Getting dressed/undressed is partiularly painful and it feels like you are touching a bruise but there is nothing

Signed of work again!
Yesterday I went to see my gp and unfortunately I was signed of work again! As I suffer with electric shocks from my finger/thumb to my chest, the past few days or week I have been getting the electric shocks one after another which are very intense and so so strong.. It's like I'm sitting on the sofa

Pre-op in 6 days, desperately after advice please.
Hi all I have my pre op for my diagnostic laparoscopy on Thursday at local hospital. They've said if they find endomitriosis they will burn it off. I am really afraid that this is going to cause more damage. Have I left it too late to be referred to a bsge Centre to have excision, or do I need

Ulcer dressings
The Wound Formulary for my area of England no longer recommend Mepilex, which are a foam dressing that I've found comfortable and effective. When I finished a course of dressings I was given more of the non-adhesive dressing that had been used, to have under my compression hosiery. There was no gauze
