Hashimotos for Sixteen Years, Realizing I Know Next to Nothing
Not "omg" high (my bones were "omg" high,) but enough that it's annoying in light of my improved diet, increased activity. ten pound
weight
loss
(so even three inches shorter, my BMI is within the healthy range again,) and not acquiring any new bad habits.

chronic hiccups after knee surgery
They then started up again a year later and had the same awful affects of vomiting, insomnia,
loss
of
weight
etc. Again these went. He ha snow developed them again another year later and he has become very weak. The GP is fairly useless and does't seem to understand the issue.

I'm diabetic type 2 with liver problem and few other issues that are being looked into, I'm also on the menopause :( which doesn't help with sleep and
weight
loss
, but I will persevere and i WILL get there.

First run after illness
Loss
of ca 3kg
weight
over the illness also contributed to me feeling lighter on my feet. But my body did become heavier and heavier on my return, so I was glad I listened and turned back when I did!

I lost a whole load of weight (8 stone) with help from my respiratory team and the
weight
loss
forum on here and got fitter. My peak flow improved up to 550 which was better than before.

Follow up on RILP
I spent 22 days in the hospital after surgery and am currently on my 3rd week of rehab trying to get back to normal as far as
weight
loss
and ambulation. I'm weak as a kitten but slowly improving. I'm told that it may be months before I get back to my old self barring any other complications.

I have been exploring using this as a form of
weight
loss
. I called my doctor and am waiting if this is ok to take with my stage three kidney disease. I have heard it promotes good results but some nasty side effects. Has anyone tried or done this.

Gained weight
I portion control all my meals and I am on WW (formerly
Weight
Watchers). I am at a
loss
. I don't know what I did wrong. I don't eat much sweets unless it is small and sugar-free. I don't drink soda anymore and I quit drinking alcohol ( 1 year and 11 months sober).

Oh well, here goes…
So, about to grab the bull by the horns and launch myself into C25K in the hope of maximising the
weight
loss
and getting myself fitter. I CAN do this 💪🏻 Wish me luck!

C25K Re run .... Week 2 run 2
The upshot of these changes has so far resulted in a 1 stone
weight
loss
. That's great I hear you say ! So what's the problem? Well, my running shorts have an internal drawstring! And since first running in them (pre heart attack) I have never adjusted the drawstring.

Some progress
Had Fibro test/ Acti test done 6 months after all these levels and
weight
loss
test resulted Minimal Fibrosis and no activity, than in March recent blood test had Fib 4 index result of 0.73 As this is showing a good range as well. I have a follow up fibroscan in August.
