I am very symptomatic again - hair

,
weight
gain and the awful afternoon tiredness has returned. I am gluten free and trying to cut back on dairy. I rarely have sugar and never before my evening meal.

Levothyroxine dosage and weight loss.
I thought because of the
weight
loss
she was possibly now on too much levo. Instead of reducing the dose she stopped taking any levo. for four days, then restarted at 100mcg. which she has been taking for a few days now.

I´ve chosen this title as I am going to give you a look at my life as it is, as it was when diagnosed and how I am moving forward as many people have been asking about my regime. I will keep to the facts . I am 74 this Nov and have tremor dominant PD. About 6 yr ago my GP suggested I get checked by

November Challenge - Walk Hungry
That consistency and the habit, with all the benefits of walking on empty, should help with effective
weight
loss
. Practical tips she gives are: ★ 1) For those who are not used to walking on an empty stomach, start with shorter walks.

first blood results after adding t3 advice please.
no
weight
loss
though. Lastest bloods are t4 12 (was 22) T3 5.4 (was 3.4) endo said to add 10mg t3 in afternoon. Do you think that will send me over active? He said top end of range is 8 but I read everywhere us 6.8? should I be worried about my decrease in t4?

He has put my

and symptoms down largely due to extreme anxiety and increased my anti depressants. I have calmed a bit and put some weight back on but can't help but worry and wonder if I could do any more ie diet etc.

My endocrinologist wants me to take
weight
loss
medicine but I’m very afraid of the side effects and I don’t feel like I’m even that big. I’m 5’4 and weigh 175. I know I could lose weight. Last year I lost ten pounds but immediately gained it back with no change in diet or exercise.

Week 6, Run 2
I am a 18 stone, 5ft 10 bloke who has never run before, and am doing this for
weight
loss
and general fitness. Seems to be working for me so far, but this morning I really struggled with the second 10 minute run. I finished it, but felt like I might be sick as I ran. Any tips?

Rytary update
I had lost 20 lbs last year, and had been able to slow the
weight
loss
, but not stop it entirely. Now I’ve gained a couple of pounds. BUT. I had finally stabilized my sleep fairly well, still not enough, but much better.

Heat or Light Therapy
Does anyone use Infrared heat or Red Light Therapy (RLT) and has it changed anything for you? I have not tried either one. I do use the sauna after each swim workout: ice cold shower, 15 min sauna, ice cold shower, sauna, shower. This really shocks my system and I feel that it is helpful to really
