Hi there,I recently had my vitamin levels taken, as despite taking levothyroxine and T3 I am still feeling extremely tired, have hair loss, weight gain and lack of concentration. I wondered if it might be my vitamins.
The results were:
B12 & Folate
Serum vitamin B12: 932 ng/L (180- 770)
Serum folate >20.0ug/L (4-26)
Serum ferritin: 108 ug/L (30- 300)
Total Vitamin D
Serum total 146 nmol/L (50 - 200)
HBAIC for DM (diabetes)
31 mmol/mol (20-41)
Everything came back as labelled 'normal' apart from high B12 but I don't know if my levels are optimal?
They also did full blood count which I have attached.
Any help interpreting these results would be gratefully received.
Many thanks

I take 75mg of levothyroxine and 62mg of T3 (self sourced Tiromel) which I take in one go in the morning 2 hours before food and drink ( reduced down dose from higher levels in previous post).
I don't know if I have Hashimoto's. I don't have any thyroid results yet whilst taking the T3. I intend to take a Medichecks thyroid one in a few weeks time. I will follow the procedure for taking my t4 and t3 before the test.
Do you think my vitamins and bloods look OK to you?
Could this T3 dose make me tired ?Before the T3 and just on levothyroxine my heart rate was only in the high 40s. Now it is about 60bpm but I'm still tired, hair loss etc.
