I am determined to get back on track. Starting now!
For today, I will log in the food I eat, drink more water and go for a good walk.
I have found there are three keys I need to be successful. Eating right (counting my calories and logging in my food), moving more (walking and exercising) and community (talking about how I feel, reading how others are maneuvering through this maze of weight loss - participating). It sounds so simple - and some moments are easier than others, but it's all about mindset for me.
I know I can do this. I have done this before and I know what it takes.
So... I am getting on the road.... here I go!
