bizarre turnaround
Since then I’ve lost 5lbs (diet and exercises) started taking
vitamin
b complex,
vitamin
d
and a general health
vitamin
to improve ferritin etc. Doctor did a full blood panel, everything normal, only tested TSH. (Now at 1).

Lack of Information
I have been scheduled for a sonogram next month, prescribed
Vitamin
D
, and told to cut our salt and red meat. I have done both. I have also read everything I can find on the internet, but there is a lot of miscommunication out there.

My Platelets go down during the warmer months...
My searches on this subject led me to 2 possibilities, one having to do with
Vitamin
D
and the other possibility is that heat can cause lower platelets. I live in New Mexico and summers here are quite hot and getting hotter. The hematologists I've been to have nothing to add apart from "Huh.

Advice please- should I increase T3 a little now, as advised by prescriber or do bloods first?
I want to include
vitamin
d
, iron and ferritin so the test will be a bit more expensive anyway. What do people think, am I thinking along right lines? Or should I do a levo only test and find a way to make it work - I can live on beans for a bit 😉 As always any wisdom greatly appreciated!

Fatigued with anxiety
I have had a
vitamin
test with Blue Horizon which showed insufficient
vitamin
D
which I have taken a loading dose for and now a daily 4000 iu spray for and also take daily sublingual Vitamin B12 after three injections in September last year as I was deficient. My test results are below.

Vitamins for cognition
He takes omega 3, B12,
vitamin
D
and magnesium supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. I wondered if any of you could advise which supplements have been helpful to you. Lions mane and ashwaganda have also been suggested and I wondered if anyone has tried these?

I have found a former student who has been diagnosed with PBC and was deficient in

As well as low
vitamin
D
& low ferritin. I take Vit D anyway and am on MMF & prednisolone 7mg . Should I be worried? My named rheumatology team are not helpful at all, these results only came after I saw rheumatology at Bath rheumatic hospital. I’ve an appointment to see GP in January.
