Yes, I've been on pregnacare. They seem to be doing what they should.

Good Morning, congratulations on you Pregnancy 🎉

Folic acid is advised in all trimesters I believe, Vit D advised while breastfeeding too. Pregnacare is lots of vitamins all in one tablet but they gave me horrible tummy cramps as it was too much to digest at once (sharing incase you experience the same, it might be worth just taking 1 vit d tan and 1 folic acid tab)

Hope you’re second trimester is a joyful time ☀️Personally I felt amazing in my 2nd, loads more energy and enthusiasm 🩷

In addition to pregnancy multi, I'm starting Dr Klenner's vitamin c protocol (I'm in my first trimester) - which has shown to shorten labour, prevent tear and stretch marks in mother and prevent jaundice in baby.anna-bee.com/en/blog/klenne...

that’s helpful, my sister 1 year now has jaundice which they’re struggling to find a cure for medication prescribed is making him worse.

Sorry to head your nephew is having the jaundice problem. In Dr Suzanne Hamphrey's "Vitamin C Basics" she references a study where they reported babies with high vitamin C and E had low bilirubin (responsible for the yellow colour) and vice versa. m.youtube.com/watch?v=IkHGO...

I came across this video of a mother giving vitamin C as sodium ascorbate to her infant, might be reassuring it's safe

I'm not in the UK, but my doctor here when I was pregnant gave me all vitamins seperately. I was taking Vit D3+K2 from BetterYou, and Natural Factors BioCoenzymated Active B complex, plus Vitamin C in liquid form. I think later on the 2nd trimester, I also got the Double Strength Omega-3 from Solgar.

I tried Pregnacare in the beginning in the first weeks of pregnancy, but I had troubles swallowing the pills and got some other issues so got prescribed seperately the vitamins. I still take the Vit D spray from BetterYou post-pregnancy (I breastfeed), it's really the best. It has a minty taste so it was really good with the nausea during pregnancy but I'm not really fond of it now haha. But, it's not a pill so I don't really bother.

Don't stress too much, your doctor will be able to answer this better for you as they know your medical history. I hope you have a smooth pregnancy and labor xx
