19 struggling with ectopics
Hi all, I just wanted to come on here for a bit of advice or just to share what Iโve been struggling with recently, Iโve struggled with ectopic beats for over a year now, and they have been manageable as they have predominantly been quite spread out or predictable, and the only bad episodes happening

I don't know if anyone remembers me but........
I have started on
Vitamin
B, iron and
vitamin
D
sprays after people's suggestions on here so thank you for that ๐ Whilst I am still struggling with fatigue and shakiness, I am not completely bed bound like I was in January and that's probably due to the vitamins giving me a boost.

Vitamin D deficient but not sure if prescribed dose is high enough?
After getting sick with things for 7-8 weeks in a row (COVID, then two cases of flu back to back, and then a chest infection), along with fatigue and joint/bone pain, I had a blood test, and I was told by my GP that I have low

Bone problems?
Had radiotherapy 16 years ago for anal cancer, am taking calcium and
vitamin
D
as concerned about future hip arthritis, bone breakages. Am 66. Anyone else had experience of thinning bone density? Would like to prevent this. Many thanks.

Newbie - undiagnosed but suspect hypothyroidism
Hoping someone can help by looking at my results so I am armed with info when I next talk to GP.Concerned I may have hypothyroidism as I have some symptoms such as slow heart rate (with irregular palpitations) currently being investigated with 24 hour ECG and now referred for 7 day ECG according to NHS

Vitamins/supplement balance 2ww and TTC. SO CONFUSING!
How do you manage preparing for an IVF cycle with suplements if you are also trying naturally? I am in a 2ww and might be pregnant if you believe in miracles. I have been taking the list below before, but learnt this is too much and can be detrimental in a two week wait so swapped for a pregnancy

Sent recent MMH to GP
My results demonstrate very poor T3 conversion +now await to see if she will agree to blood tests for vit levels for Vit D, B12, ferritin etc. May I ask, if she believes these are 'within range' (that's if she agrees to the blood tests), what can I do to improve these levels? Presently I take D3/K2+B12

Low T3
Hi, I have been hypothyroid for many years now, but I am really struggling with brain fog and fatigue. I am currently taking 75mcg of Levothyroxine daily, but my doctor says I am overmedicated and wants to drop the dose to 50mcg . I have resisted this so far. She refuses to test T3 as she says if

Hashimoto to Graves
Hi All, I have been lurking as a member for >8years following a diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I have been managed with varying doses of levothyroxine, follow a gluten-free diet and supplement with B12, Fe and Vit D oral sprays. Having gained weight during Covid, I decided to make a conscious
