Uncertain PMR or EORA?
The morning after I had blood taken and the results were ESR 51, CRP13.3,
Vitamin
D
normal, Rheumatoid factor 18.5. Your thoughts would be much appreciated especially about the Rheumatoid factor and could it still be PMR with the Rheumatoid factor being positive? Thanks

Did anyone else listen to Tim Spector’s recent radio interview ( part of the Zoe Health Study) about research which shows mushrooms are like humans and can generate their own
Vitamin
D
from the sun? I found it fascinating and certainly one way of introducing natural Vit D into my diet.

Vitamin D - daily dose?
when I was first diagnosed with PBC my Vit D levels were low so had a high dose supplement which brought levels up to normal range. Bone density scan was OK. With general vitamin supplement and cod liver oil in winter months I take 10 microg of Vit D. I would be interested to hear how much anyone else

Test results
I generally feel well apart from hair loss which I've now read can be because my
vitamin
D
is low. My ferritin has decreased after initially rising. No idea why as I'm eating pretty well.
