I've been supplementing with
Vitamin
D
for years but obviously not enough. Do the low
vitamin
levels just reflect the fact that I've not taken them for so long, or is there an issue?

Osteopenia?
So now I start
vitamin
d
and calcium. On top of the dozen of meds I'm already on. Doctor Google says weight-bearing exercise is good for osteopenia. I have a treadmill and walk/run three times a week. I can set the incline to 15% grade.

vitamin deficiencies
Got on finding that it most certainly does I get a B12 injection because I’m a vegetarian so that’s taking care of my
vitamin
D
is bottoming out regularly. I live in Australia and I try and get into some every day but I’m still extremely low. I am 68 and that might be the problem.

Super vitamins
The pill has turmeric,
vitamin
D
,
vitamin
K etc etc and presumably one ingredient that contains the elixir of life for that price. I suppose they are relying on the placebo effect. I forgot to say the pills are gold!!

Blood Test Advice
The form says: FBC, Ferritin, Liver function, Thyroid function,
Vitamin
D
. At the moment I supplement with Vitamins B12, B complex, C, D, K2 and Turmeric, Selenium and Magnesium. I have stopped B complex but is there anything else I should stop before the test.

recurring illnesses
I’ve been trying to get stable on t3/4 combination, still a way to go as last results after increasing to 10 mcg liothyronine in 2 doses were the worst yet, t3 and t4 both at bottom of range,
vitamin
D
draining away again despite supplements.

asthmatic response to new rug made in India
I also take Montelukast, omeprazole,
vitamin
D
and cbd drops (for arthritis) daily. The rug was shedding small woollen fibres and some white powder. I vacuumed it for 20 minutes a time several times, the Dyson bucket filled with the stuff from the rug each time.
