Intriguing, is he showing any symptoms? Both my daughter (28) and SIL (32) have mid range TSH with SIL having similar fT3&4 to your sons both non-symptomatic 🤷♀️
Worth giving his Vit D boost which you can do with a short loading dose whilst home from Uni
Thank you TiggerMe. No symptoms! But he does push his poor body.. staying up late revising. My son goes back to university tomorrow.. so I will pack extra vitamin D! He has been on a dose of 1000iu
I'm thinking we just file this information for future use? My TSH has never been reliable so I'm thinking we just go on their frees and symptoms, as we know what we are looking for.... it is interesting that his, as with my two, shows higher fT3 than fT4 which is perhaps an early warning sign but lets hope never becomes an issue🤷♀️
So hopefully if you can boost him up to 100-150 and then send him out on his placement 😏.. then you'll be training him up in the application of sun cream 😅
