Addicted to Nicorette Quickmist
Hi all 😊😊 I successfully quit smoking 6 years ago but I am still heavily reliant on my nicorette quickmist. My addiction to this stuff has got worse over time and I literally can’t afford to keep it up anymore. I am trying to wean myself off nicotine by using patches so I’ll let you all know how I

Confused!
Originally one neurologist diagnosed my condition as Mayasthenia Gravis. Later others attributed it to Cerebellar Ataxia having seen MRI, CT etc. Recently discovered an enlarged Thymus which is often associated with Mayasthenia G. Wonder if I have both!! Any information?

What percentage of NHS doctors are any use?
We moved on to the
loss
of
vision
- nothing to do with her - that is for eye specialists even though the Eye specialists said it was neurological. The final straw was when she said the PCS symptoms were probably due to Migraine!

What form of vitamin B6 (vitamer) should you take?
Some time ago, I mentioned that the form in which we take vitamin B6 is important. I think I linked to this paper: Toxicol In Vitro . 2017 Oct;44:206-212. doi: 10.1016/j.tiv.2017.07.009. Epub 2017 Jul 14.

Forearm protection advice?
My Mum (75, quite short, active, brave) suffered total
vision
loss
almost a year ago and has been adjusting to life in the dark. A current issue is the bruising on her forearm due to using it as a shield and guide around the house and out and about.

Question for pre and post bariatrics
Hi everyone, I’m working on a project about bariatric patients and the link to our mental health and food choices. I would love some feedback from everyone who is thinking about having bariatric surgery or has already had surgery: 1. How often do you eat out or order food delivery from a restaurant

Does anyone know if hypothyroidism and restless legs are connected.?
I have had both for about 15 + years.... I'm taking 75 mg of levothyroxine... would this trigger restless legs or periodic limb movement...? I know both are circadian linked.. I would welcome any help or advice. Thank you.

Ankyolosing Spondylitis and Adalimumab
I have Ankyolosing Spondylitis with a number of spinal fusions already. I started on Adalimumab at the end of April but it's not really helping. I have just had a phone appointment with the specialist nurse who told me that I can't expect to be pain free as I have a lot going on. I told her I don't
